Session to begin WRITING the strategic plan using plan outline, gathered data, and general insights.

I’m envisioning a working/writing session where we turn the outline into basic prose (emphasis on basic). We can iterate on it as we continue. We’ll get a better sense for how long it’ll actually end up being (and what feels right), whether we need to trim or reorganize, etc.

I’ll prep a document beforehand to be our canvas. I’ll also collect some other nonprofit strategic plans that we can use as templates or inspiration. Since this is PBA’s first plan, we will potentially end up with a longer situational analysis than might be typical, but we’ll see how it feels.
