There are lots of ways to stay involved with Philly Bike Action.
Join PBA to be notified about high-impact petitions and advocacy opportunities relevant to your neighborhood. This is the most important thing you can do to make a difference!
Optional: opt-in to Volunteer Opportunity emails in your PBA Profile.
Tip: You'll receive occasional emails about petitions, surveys, and bike lane project community meetings.
Get updates on upcoming events, PBA campaigns, and updates to bike infrastructure and safety in our city.
Join the online community, discuss the issues, participate in projects, and contribute to the movement.
Look for volunteer opportunities in the #action-alerts channel.
By default, you'll have access to a few general-purpose channels for discussion.
You can connect your PBA and Discord accounts to unlock most PBA project and advocacy channels. This is where the action happens!
See our calendar for upcoming community events, neighborhood meetings, and advocacy opportunities.
Our advocacy is organized by City Council District. Attend monthly in-person district meetings to learn about PBA and work together with their neighbors on local issues.
Continue the conversation in your Discord district chat channel!
Want to get more involved? Ask to help run the meetings.
Our teams provide critical support to the organization. We fall apart without team volunteers! Teams include newsletter, social media, graphics, tech, engineering, event planning and more!
Individuals can take ownership of an idea, event, or project by submitting a project application! This is the mechanism through which everything happens at PBA.
Membership empowers you to vote in board elections and help sustain our work.
